Very sad news. The online racing community owe so much to daylight for his superb work in developing TRF as the best forum for our sport.
June 5, 2006 at 10:05 #95916LRM, my deepest condolences. Craig built a community of thousands from nothing, bringing people together from across the world thanks to a shared love of racing. It was a remarkable achievement, and stands as a testament to an exceptional person. To be taken at such an age is shocking.
My thoughts and prayers are with you. <br>

June 5, 2006 at 13:40 #95921Travis – Cormack’s son
I never really knew craig but he seemed like a really nice and caring guy on here—I’m truly lost for words and dont know what to say. So you know my thoughts and prayers are with Craig and his family.
June 5, 2006 at 13:53 #95922From what contact I had with him he was quite simply a nice guy. Someone who was fair and loyal and I felt I could talk to and not just about horse racing.
My thoughts are with you LRM and also with Daylights family. (I will always know him as Daylight)
June 5, 2006 at 14:49 #95923What Travis, cormack15’s son said, Mrs "Daylight"; I couldn’t put it any better, and it’s meant no less personally.
June 5, 2006 at 17:19 #95924I didn’t know Craig personally, but the way he administered this forum revealed a good humoured, patient and thoroughly decent man.
My sincere condolences to his family and friends

June 5, 2006 at 23:15 #95928I haven’t looked in on this site for a while but the sad news has really shocked me.  Reading Debs few lines  to us brings home the heartache that is suffered by those very close.  Debs, many friends of Craig, who are your friends also, are thinking of you at this sad time.
