    Thanks SC, I enjoyed that. Without a win for a year and a half, he notches his third grade 1 a month and a half shy of his 12th birthday.

    Joe, it was nice to see Thousand Stars win another Grade 1 race, which on the clock was the worse grade ! race I have ever compiled speed figures for, it would explain how Aubusson managed to finish second.

    The top speed figure on the day came in the next race, the listed 3yo handicap won by Paulougas, who earned a speed figure of 105, which about sums up the whole meeting being very weak.
