Daylight 10-1 ew is my bet, I thought she ran a very promising race last time. She had been slightly shorter than this but I think the drift is due to Lake Victoria coming here.
September 28, 2024 at 12:18 #1708668I wouldn’t mind a bit of Daylight at 10/1!
Convinced myself Lake Victoria may be victorious @2/1
She can lead from the front
She should have the speed over 6f
Her mum liked soft conditionsAre there chinks in rivals’ armoury?
How convincing was Babouche in the Anglesey?
How good was Daylight in Morny viz-a-viz Rashabar?
“V.R.” ?
September 28, 2024 at 12:52 #1708673Strange decision bringing LV back in trip, she looked like she was crying out for further lto, dont have much doubt that LV is the best horse in the race but not over this trip
Couldnt have babouche on the ground
Daylight would be my selection but id say ill just be laying babouche mainly and not backing anything
September 28, 2024 at 14:05 #1708685Having to get out of babouche now, ground is most definitely on the better side of soft, daylight would be the lay now, but ill sit it out having barely got out without any damage done
September 28, 2024 at 14:22 #1708690Worried that LV has been dropped back to 6F (for the first time in her career) when it wasn’t until the last 1F in the 7F Moyglare that she really got going and that race was only 13 days ago too.
Aidan went to the well one too many times with Bedtime Story in the Moyglare and I worry that he is doing the same thing here – hopefully the ground hasn’t dried out too much to where it becomes more of a speed test than stamina.
September 28, 2024 at 14:28 #1708692Didn’t see that coming, I take it all back.
September 28, 2024 at 14:30 #1708694Easy peasy. Shortened a lot too, did The Lads have the money down?
Daylight got a poor ride and never glimpsed daylight till it was far too late, but she wouldn’t have beaten the winner anyway.September 28, 2024 at 14:31 #1708695Id say so green, 3.7 into 2.6s about 1 minute before the off
September 28, 2024 at 20:51 #1708729Thought you might like this picture of ‘herself’ on her way to winning the Cheveley Park.

I was struck by her resemblence to her half sister Inspiral, they look like twins and by gosh she put on a good show today 🗯🚀.
Got on early at around 9/4 but just prior to the off they started coming for her and the odds plummeted.
Fillies Mile next and onto the 1000 Guineas next year .. she’s going to be a little Warrior Queen and hard to beat.

Lake Victoria- Cheveley Park winner 🏆Things turn out best for those who make the best of how things turn out... - AuthorPosts
