I’ve bet Magellan Strait as my main selection at 9-1, but of the ones that I wanted to add as second choice, I’ve went with Aqwaam at 16-1

GRAND PROVIDENCE for me too at 7/1, maybe hindered by soft ground in the Cesarewitch, good win on a sound surface in the trial for that race.

I also took a bit of a punt on DUKE OF OXFORD at 16/1 as he’s run two fine races in valuable handicaps looking like the step up in trip could suit. Hasn’t run on turf since before being gelded so could go either way.
Stalls 12 and 16 respectively is a bit meh but hey ho.

Though now iv looked at it again Forza Orta has a very appealing profile

Won on only attempt at 2 miles

Only 1lb worse off with aztec empire from that clash

Will love the quick ground

I won a £10 worth of bets off Cormack for winning one of the comps
Its not a race I’d normally look over for too long but did so this time
I’ve split it on Aztec Empire and Forza Orta both have speed which will come into play with the going, both drawn well despite that not being a huge plus at the distance it helps not to be in the car park.
