Wd Aaronizneez, and thanks BigG and Triptych for the score updates.

Can you double check my Friday score please, as I make it this. Thanks.

    16 – 36 – 38 – 52 = 142

No worries Graham :good: in the grand scheme of things, it doesn’t make much difference  and I imagine it’s chaos scoring these comps with paper and pencil!

    Thanks again mate! Take Care

That’s you sorted Mike, apologies, I missed your nap
on Billaway, which accounted for the extra 8 points.

Now Graham has sorted his final shout (well I hope he has  )
It’s time for a little bit of fun to see us all out
    Tatling’s comment jogged my memory
Of how much I used to laugh at old Dick Emery

Thanks Graham for all the hard work and being there for us all…enjoy this (and Tatling too  Jac

omg Jac – I’d forgotten how funny he was. Thanks for sharing! and yes, so many shows that we enjoyed back then would never see the light of day today….. Till Death Us do Part, Steptoe and Son, Are You Being Served – there’s an endless list. Lots of very good memories.

Lots of the old comedies are still shown on the somewhat more obscure channels. Forces TV and That’s TV are particularly good. Drama and Gold are quite good as well.

That’s TV has been showing Benny Hill, Les Dawson (“Sez Les”) and Monty Python.

Forces TV has started showing “Sorry!” starring Ronnie Corbett. Language Timothy!!

Who can forget Kenny ‘All in the best possible taste’, gone much too soon like Freddy. That was hilarious Tatling thank you :rose: and Honky Tonks Cork..lol :good: and all those comedy writers like Croft, Perry and Sullivan were priceless…irreplaceable.

Have to add Dave Allen I loved his wicked sense of humour… Jac

I’ve messaged the top two who can claim their prize. Very well done Aaronizneez and Cork.

Big thanks to BigG and Triptych for doing the scoring.

I’ll try and rustle up a few prizes for any other comps anyone cares to run through the season.

Thanks Cormack, it does look a cracker of a book, I’m
sure it will be well received. I’ll see how things go
when it comes round to the next. :good:
