up the leaderboard. I’ve got today’s all tallied, got a few things to do and will get
them added to previous rounds and post up in a bit.Knew as soon as GDC went down at the last in the first race and Third Wind won but was my reserve in the 2nd race that this day was going nowhere fast.
Well done to all backers of Third Wind and anyone who’s been following Venetia Williams horses (40/1 winner in the last)

Five O’Clock RESDisgusted with myself for replacing Chambard with Ain’t That A Shame at the last minute. Rejected playing the “two horse” option as I hate amateur races. The fact that I used this to include Winter Fog (along with Born Patriot, and fingers crossed for him) in the Pertemps is no consolation, especially as I’ve followed Third Wind since seeing him win at Plumpton but abandoned him today. Still, onwards & upwards. Whatever I pick tomorrow, I’ll be actually backing the reserves!
