Hey Rocky any views on this DEMOPOLIS gone to Hobbs i took 33/1 for Triumph hurdle with him.And 33/1 on this DOSTAL PHIL in supreme i think Hobbs in for good season
Demopolis form franked today with the 3rd enfant du pays winning a hhandicap hurdle at auteuil beating a nice horse in Merlin woods.
The 2nd shark du berlais finished 4th over fences.
October 18, 2017 at 15:00 #1322127The first one of jps out,
And Espoir d’allen won very nicely today, don’t think he beat much but Geraghty was looking around him when still on the bridle.
Another reminder that after last year, not all of the juveniles are guaranteed to go for this race. But unlike last year, jp definitely has some live ones for the novice hurdles this year, so hopefully imo, juveniles will stay to there division.October 25, 2017 at 11:39 #1323361Fayonagh fatally injured this morning
Huge loss
October 25, 2017 at 17:14 #1323426For those who haven’t seen him, this is Demopolis winning in France :
October 25, 2017 at 17:46 #1323432Bit hairy at the last Mark, but like the way he came back for more.
October 25, 2017 at 17:54 #1323437Yeah, he was novicey but has been gelded since then so that should help. Also, he was only just 3 years old being a late May foal. Probably still a bit weak.
October 26, 2017 at 03:25 #1323505First Cheltenham bet of the season placed.
A trixie of Cause of Causes in the Cross Country @ 5/1, Uknowhatimeanharry for the staters @ 6/1 and Thistlecrack for the Gold cup @ 5/1.
Also done the above three in a Yankee with Defi for the champion hurdle
November 2, 2017 at 13:56 #132455614/1 on BBB to win any race is still available. I took 10’s on Samcro which is now 4’s and I can see the same happening to BBB price with a decent seasonal reappearance
November 2, 2017 at 17:43 #1324575Have put my Champion Hurdle voucher for River Wylde to one side and taken the 25s for the Arkle. Had backed Melon for Arkle after festival…may yet back him for CH. Note to self….use “any race” market next year.
November 5, 2017 at 08:21 #1325259I won’t back him. But BEAU GOSSE is a class apart from any other juvenile
Thats been purchased from france so far. Maccaire also has a huge ammount of graded novice winners in the stable.BEAU GOOSE turns out at Auteuil today 1pm
November 5, 2017 at 16:20 #1325346Not sure we learned new anything about Willoughby Court today. Just confirmed that he prefers stiffer, left handed tracks.

Sizing Codelco 146.0 GC
Cause of Causes 440.0 GCNovember 14, 2017 at 18:27 #1326746Yanworth out tomorrow, will do well FTO to give away a stone to a smart looking recruit for nicholls
November 14, 2017 at 23:44 #1326787Yanworth isn’t FTO
Chameron’s rating looks too high to me. He was going to be a Fred Winter horse and having watched that Auteuil race he was alright but nothing special, so a rating of 149 on his chase debut is something else. In effect he’s running off 138, which is probably more like it.
Hopefully punters work on the weight / rating angle and Yanworth’s price is pushed out
November 15, 2017 at 12:41 #1326817Not sure what i was thinking when i said it was FTO im sure i posted on here when he was declared lto lol
Yes definitely too high on his debut for chameron, even off 138 there technically shouldnt be much between them but youd think yanworth should win easily
Wasnt a fan of yanworth last year, not convinced yet, but this would be a good start. Briery queen is interesting, ran a great race in the mares, didnt like the trip at aintree, a small field but could be a bit trickier than face value for yanworth, youd expect he should bolt up though
