Any idea what the future holds for Celeritas?<br>What reflections do you have on the season’s experience? us not involved have enjoyed watching out for him.<br>The horse was openly campaigned and early placings indicated that he might win a race.However he got a stiff h’cap mark for nurseries, seemed to regress and a gelding op. didn’t improve performance.<br>Was leasing him the way to go?<br>Is a 2 yr old the best option?<br>What about a more specialist juvenile trainer than a mixed yard?<br>What about his campaigning?<br>Did the agreement preclude running in a seller/claimer which seemed the best end of season option?<br>Any ownership plans for next season?<br>

Did anyone see My Sharp Grey run a very creditable second today at Ludlow? I enjoyed that! :biggrin:
And Snake Skin was 2nd at 66/1 in a nursery at Yarmouth last week.<br>Gogetter Girl was sold at Ascot the other day,shame they never got a win out of her.
Just emailed tatts to ask if they knew what had happened to Celeritas and all they knew what that he has been shipped over to Italy.
Did anyone hear John Gallagher on ATR today? He had a good 14/1 winner with Killing Me Softly and sounded chuffed to bits! The horse came back to win after being passed before the last.
Very gutsy performance from the horse who seems to really like Leicester.<br>A deserved change of luck for John whose horses have been running well all year without getting that bit of luck needed.
Well GD did you see Killing Me Softly today? 24 length winner at 9/1! I was so happy for John. Great win. ( I’m trying hard to write sensibly because I’m drunk right now, so I hope I managed :biggrin: )
Indeed I did,and Make My Hay ran a very good race at Warwick to finish 2nd.<br>Probably just about the most high profile winner in Johns career.<br>He has just been sent a couple of horses (including Pagan Prince who won the Mail on Sunday final a couple of years back).<br>So hopefully things are on the up.
