    Dan Skelton has confirmed the hugely talented horse has lost his life today. Was really looking forward to seeing him over a fence. Such a shame

    Oh no, really? That’s absolutely awful.

    I don’t have many ante-post opinions for this upcoming jumps season, but I was absolutely sure Captain Forez would make the frame (and possibly even win!) either the Supreme or the Neptune. Dreadful to lose him like this.
