    IMO something wrong with owners and trainers who’ve already run a good and speedy 2yo 3 times by mid-May.

    I don’t see anything wrong at all. A few years back, I remember a very fast 2 Y O called Horage who won something like 9 races in a row … the good ol’ days :lol:

    Well remembered; Horage also went on to win the St James’ Palace Stakes as a 3yo.

    I was a teenager then. I’d backed him and his SP was 18-1 I think. He slipped the field some way from home and stole something like a 3 length lead. The hot favourite Tolomeo came with a good rattle but failed by a head to catch him.
