Vanillier just put in a nice performance, and Bravemansgame looks ultra professional already, but as usual I’ll look down the prices for something to start with- Oscar Elite is the Tizzards’ best novice accord8ng to stable tour and ran well enough last year so I’ve taken the 50s on offer with b365 ew.
November 14, 2021 at 12:57 #1567546GAG I’m looking forward to seeing him run today , very good hurdler but like many of the yards horses he screams chaser
November 14, 2021 at 13:21 #1567553Splat! He met it wrong and didn’t know what to do. A pity as he was going quite well. Fair bit of knee action which I hadn’t noticed before.
November 14, 2021 at 13:26 #1567554Hindsight but first time over fences maybe a easier track to gain confidence
November 14, 2021 at 14:08 #1567565Galopin Des Champs 18-1 and My Drogo 11-1 are my 2 atm. Connections should come here for My Drogo instead of taking on Bob Olinger imo so that’s a watching brief.
Why do bookies call this race Festival Novices Chase and not Brown Advisory?

True; I suppose The Big Breakaway won this first time out and they thought they’d take the same route, though he faced a weaker field.
November 16, 2021 at 01:24 #1567765I’ve bet a couple for this, but to be honest, I wish I’d held fire.
I bet Gailard Du Mesnil way back in March, but I think he’s shown he’s just short of this.
I’ve got high hopes for Grand Paradis, but remains to be seen what effect his fall last time will have on him. I’ve cashed out on him meantime, but I’ll reconsider should he take up his Drinmore entry.
I’d love to see Ontheropes considered for this, but he’s obviously more likely for The National Hunt Chase.
The other one I really like is Gars De Sceaux, and I could see me adding him shortly for both this and National Hunt Chase.
Gailard Du Mesnil 33’s
November 20, 2021 at 11:43 #1568216My second attempt at trying to find a horse a bit further down the betting is Ashdale Bob. I think he scoped badly at one point last year and the stable weren’t quite at their best. I’m hoping he gives big Bob O a race today and I’ve backed him at 25s ew for this.
November 20, 2021 at 14:37 #1568267Bravemansgame is one of the best jumpers of a fence iv seen in a while
Absolutely flawless
November 20, 2021 at 14:50 #1568270Super jumper. Sets the standard so far imo for others to aim at and surpass if they can in respect of this race.
November 20, 2021 at 14:55 #1568273Which race is this? Is it the old 3m ‘Sun Alliance’?
Have to say, I thought he (Bravesmansgame) was very good, and clever at a few fences when he wasn’t quite right…..
November 20, 2021 at 14:57 #1568275Yeh it is Andy.
November 20, 2021 at 18:42 #1568326Cheers!
I just wish more races were also know by their proper name, rather than the sponsor. It’s starting to confuse me…..November 21, 2021 at 08:34 #1568362Has Nicholls said where he,s going , Id played him for the Marsh earlier in the season
November 21, 2021 at 08:47 #1568364He wont go Marsh. Not with Bob Olinger around. That’s why he keeps saying Cheltenham isn’t everything, he don’t fancy getting spanked again.
November 21, 2021 at 10:12 #1568366Added Bravemangame 11-2. On balance, I would rather have him on side at an each way price now, as he may well keep on winning until March. And My Drogo may not come here anyway.
November 22, 2021 at 18:25 #1568576I’ve bravemansgame at 16s for the Marsh but like Mike I’ve taken the price here as well
