Having watched the BCC at the time, and just seeing a replay of the race, i have to say Queally’s ‘beating’ of Twice Over is sickening and absolutely awful for anyone who has an ounce of care for horses.
Yes, the horse picked up, but i think any animal would have picked up with that amount of abuse.
Horrible sight, absolutely disgusting. Im far from anti-whip, but watching Queally whipping the backside out of Twice Over, with force, and overdone frequency, was horrendous.
