Burrows Saint
Win
Escaria ten
Win without burrow saint
I think Burrows Saint can go one better on these terms this year en route to the national.
Escaria the insurance.February 26, 2022 at 13:22 #1584887Small but select field. Whoever wins will be finishing the day favourite for the Grand National, so it’s certainly an intriguing race.
I was really hoping Chris’s Dream would trap here, but connections obviously fancy something else as a prep. In his absence I really can’t see past Escaria Ten. His last run will have blown the cobwebs off and his connection won’t be afraid to show their hand now their rating is locked in for Aintree. It’s a decent prize, so I can’t see any funny business going on.
February 26, 2022 at 16:15 #1584907Hi Peter.
I’ve added a reverse forecast.
The main thing for all four of these runners is the aintree event.
Willie Mullins is the holder of the last six runnings of this race so holds the aces here.
I’m surprised though he has only one runner.
The eight pounds weight pull swings it for the two bottom weights. Elliott having two here though could ensue a tactical race.
Elliott has certainly had the Indian sign over Mullins in recent months.
Should be an intriguing contest.February 26, 2022 at 16:27 #1584908Mark Walsh again!!
February 27, 2022 at 09:37 #15850127 wins and 4 places from his last 13 rides
Incredible run for him
