Horrible fall for her – pool girl – her first too … I was hoping she’d be OK as Racing Post said “fell heavily” but no further update …
It’s still “fell heavily 6th” and the racecourse commentator suggested she might be winded. Guess it’s inappropriate to tell the occasional Easter Monday racegoers what could have happened after she fell on her neck and had to be hidden behind the screens.
May she rest in peace and I think she would have made a great broodmare. The Fergal O’Brien stable has had a horrible season so far and I’m sure this is another huge blow for them.
