Really strong entry for this, and no surprise to see Booster Bob near head of the market. Really like this horse, and he’d come here off the back of two nice wins at Newbury, and I think there’s more to come.
I was hoping they might go the graded route with Iroko this year, but Aintree seems the plan again, and although probably the best of these, it might be wise to look elsewhere for win purposes
Jungle Boogie an old favourite, and interesting to see what Venetia can do with him. He’s a nice price, but always risky Antepost. No surprise should stablemate Martator run well in The December Gold Cup, and he’s an obvious one here too.
Similar sentiments apply to Imperial Saint, another who I think will run well here on Saturday, and he’s likely to be my backup, before considering him here
Seddon, Il Ridoto, Es Perfecto, and Fugitif, all know their way round here, and would have chances, but of the outsiders, right now, I also like Gabriel’s Getaway, and Marsh Wren.
No bet right now, but for win purposes I’d sway towards Booster Bob, while Marsh Wren could be underrated in the market
I’ve pulled the trigger on SEDDON @ 50/1 with Hills each way 4 places. 3rd in this last year from 143 now on a mark of 138. Not sure about his fitness after his fall in the Grand Sefton and he’ll be 13 but @ 50s I’ll take a punt.

I’ve joined you with Seddon. Bet him three times the last twelve months, and last week when an Antepost loser. Stupidly left him out last minute in this race last year too.
Took 7’s on Exchange for Boostet Bob, and hopeful he can keep improving

Seddon Non RunnerJust hope Seddon is fit and well. If he turns up, regardless of his age, I think he’s got a fantastic each way chance.
Twinjets for me.
Not an exactly bold selection but the progressive horse in the race. Glengouly got a cracking ride from Bowen last time out but has to back it up, riskintheground, il ridoto and grandeur d’ame capable but unreliable and the others look out of form or need dropping in the weights.
Twinjets 100/30, impressed me last time but I missed out that day so hope he’s still improving. Good ground will suit, course unknown but should be fine. Beat Heltenham 10 lengths who fell next time late on when looking dangerous.
I’m a bit too late for Il Ridoto considering the prices you guys have, but I stil like him. Surely it is time to run a good race with this mark.
