I am going to this with my other half for a late Valentines day out

When are the entries out for this? Can’t find them anywhere on RP, will be interesting to see who goes for it.
February 11, 2010 at 06:27 #275537I figure this will be Master Medic’s early spring target, and I’d expect him to go very close.
February 11, 2010 at 20:08 #275693I expect him to be fav for the Ryanair after winning this Grassy!
More seriously, for me I’m less of a believer on the back of the King George, but more worryingly the yard have gone over 2 months without a win. I’d want to see more encouraging signs there before getting seriously involved with him, though the course and distance of the Ascot race look close to his optimum conditions.
February 11, 2010 at 21:11 #275706I actually thought there was a fair bit to like about the Kempton run, DJ. OK, he’s ultimately hammered out of sight and pulled-up, but he was wasn’t all that far behind the placed horses at the time, and the jock stopped with him very quickly, after finding plenty for pressure from a fair way out. Saved for another day when all chance was gone, was the way I viewed it at the time.
Stable form (which I hadn’t noticed) would be concern, as you say, but otherwise I’d fancy him over C&D, against horses with vastly less class the Kauto Star.

Master Medic looks interesting at his favoured course, would also give Monets Garden a squeak too.
