Hi
Well I recently won a few auctions on the betbidder site and tried to log in over the weekend to get my winnings out, the site appears to be gone, meaning I seem to be owed at least £300 pounds + my remaining bids, can someone tell me if ive been ripped off I have of course emailed them with no reply. Thanks Drac
April 4, 2011 at 17:26 #348634Hopefully be back soon.
It says it’s off line due too improvement of services and product but seems to be taking a long time(probably got TRF teccies on the case. ). I wouldn’t think their ripping you off as Ive always been paid on winning auctions. I’m sure we would of heard if they had gone
bust!!

Blackbeard to conquer the World
April 22, 2011 at 19:51 #351656Guys – I feel a bit bad on this as we ran comps/ads which may have resulted in a few joining up. I think things just didn’t take off quickly enough for them, shame really as I think they had a good idea which might have worked once they’d had time to sort out what was working and what was not.
If anyone needs to contact them I have an email. PM me.
April 22, 2011 at 20:07 #351657Betbidder always struck me as too complicated so I am not surprised it didn’t take off. I fear oddsfutures might go the same way. The business model doesn’t look unique enough to me as you can already back at a price and lay at the SP with Betfair. And the concept doesn’t seem obviously appealing anyway.

I unfortunately have no information about Betbidder, but I am very pleased to give you a bit of background about Oddsfutures.com.
On Oddsfutures.com, you profit by correctly predicting the direction of horse odds.
Oddsfutures.com is a unique sports sentiment marketplace allowing you to take advantage of fluctuations in betting markets. The difference is, rather than having to buy a bet and wait around to “sell out” as you would on a betting exchange, on Oddsfutures you’re automatically settled out at the Oddsfutures settlement price.* Predict Odds Movements instead of Winners
* No betting risk: Simply BUY Movers and SELL Drifters
* You are Guaranteed at the off!
* Trades settle at a zero over-round Starting Price (exogenous to the activity on the exchange)Hope this helps

May 17, 2011 at 07:25 #355769I don’t think oddsfutures is unique. You can do more or less the same thing on Betfair by backing or laying at a price and going the opposite way at Betfair SP. So I don’t see a compelling reason for anyone to use it.
