Perhaps it’s just me lacking a sense of humour but I’d be interested to know what others think. Visit the BHA Homepage and click on …. Love the Races – do you want to be the voice of racing….and then read the so-called ‘joke’ adverts. The ones about the alsation, the parachute and being illiterate are, I feel, not only bad taste but potentially quite offensive. A professional organisation? I suggest not.

I thought it was excellent tbh – perhaps I’m just depraved.

    Has anyone applied for this?

I might give it a whirl. I’m a bit perturbed there’s a whole list of obligations and no mention of renumaration, beyond free entry to a couple of meetings a month.

I take it succesful applicants don’t get a slice of the levy board pension pot?

I’ve given it a go, but I suspect they’ll give it to some chinless wonder (or, to be more precise, chinless wonderette) who probably couldn’t pic out the single horse in a room full of sheep. GRRR!

So don't run, just like the others always do
