Good filly, 2/1 is an excellent price and will be extremely surprised if she dosent win in hand
I actually think this hype has reached a point where the proven horse Miss Marjurie is a value bet. She’s nearly 4/1.
Bateel certainly has promise with strong form, impressive performances and Spencer going to the track for one ride – but the truth is that she needs an enormous career best.
I won’t be surprised if she wins but think the value is with the class horse now.
It’s not really hype…because miss marjurie hasn’t done anything anyway… Never has any other horse in the race. Bateel has a good attitude and her win at goodwood after being isolated is extremely strong. Then to go to Newmarket and win as easy as she did is very strong form.
One to keep an eye on this year…the only way that could lose was spencer…sure to come on as well. Clearly best horse in the race
I backed Bateel and, be to be honest, she was given every chance. She was close enough, if good enough, at the business end but made little impression once in the clear. The winner has an equally progressive profile, also holds a Group 1 entry and had the benefit of course experience.
Carnachy and Bateel are two fillies going places.
This guy is a machine. All he does is work out and pick winners. Talk about fit. You should see him without his shirt off, serious side of beef.
