Very tricky race to be confident in, Appleby has two strong looking runners including the odds-on favourite which has interestingly been backed well in the market compared to his second horse, which has subsequently gone from 5-1 to 13/2.
Gosden won this race last year with a newcomer so his runner, Queen For You, who has been supported from 7/1 to 9/2 has to catch the eye, though how much of that support is the stable and how much is punters trying to catch a trend is anyones guess.
The two that would probably interest me the most are Andrew Baldings Copy Artist 17/2, which could improve for the switch to turf, and Roger Varians Youngest 12/1 who can be forgiven for its Newmarket flop at the end of last season when not getting a clear passage and losing a shoe.
