Lady Aurelia’s first foal won impressively at Keeneland for Wesley Ward.
Next stop Royal Ascot?
April 20, 2023 at 20:47 #1644729He was highly impressive. Wesley’s already had a treble on today’s card with his third winner Daring Do also running out an easy winner over the 5.5 furlong trip.
Quite a nice card they have at Keeneland….
April 20, 2023 at 20:51 #1644731CAS is cooking with gas tonight.

It's the "Millwall FC" of Point broadcasts: "No One Likes Us - We Don't Care"April 21, 2023 at 00:03 #1644751That was superb!! Cheers for posting that Cork. The way it won bodes well for 5f on a stiff turf track over here too, would rather see them win like that than front running if they’re going to have a go at it against our lot.
April 21, 2023 at 11:27 #1644781Thanks cas. Can you tell us the day before though? Much appreciated all the same.

April 21, 2023 at 23:20 #16448765/2 for the Norfolk but 5/1 for the other races. That looks right to me. He looks like a real speedball.
Edit – just read on “Thoroughbred Daily News” that Ward has said the Norfolk is the aim. Taken the 5/2 with Hills.
April 23, 2023 at 01:26 #1645074Taken it too Cork, thanks for mentioning it was with Hills, did a quick google search after reading your post and saw there was a Hills near me so drove down there and got a bet on as well.
The Youtube comments section of his maiden win is gold! Some of my favourites were –
“Pretty good but could he do it on a cold Tuesday night meeting at Musselburgh?”
“Post race, the owner did say Musselburgh was a possibility, for this impressive colt.”
“Arc winner”
“Queen Mary next”
April 23, 2023 at 01:52 #1645075“ drove down there and got a bet on “
And people wonder why the planet is f***ed.
April 23, 2023 at 11:37 #1645102Well yes, I was hardly going to do a 45 minute walk considering I also went to the gym and had to do a food shop, 3 birds with 1 stone! Or 1 planet with 1 car :D
April 23, 2023 at 11:39 #1645104And you can’t bet online? 🤷♂️
April 23, 2023 at 11:47 #1645106In other news, China continues to build two new coal fired power stations every week.
April 23, 2023 at 11:47 #1645107“And you can’t bet online? 🤷♂️”
Plenty of reasons why some don’t bet on line all the time
I use a separate bank account for online betting as its easy for me to lose discipline at times
Betting restrictions on-line or can’t get on at all
self exclusions etc

April 23, 2023 at 12:40 #1645119Can’t bet online with Willaimhill as I’m limited and they were the were best priced on the horse.
Cheer up Glad

And Nathan I’m the same, I’ve set monthly deposit limits of £10 on the few online accounts I have left as I’ve lost discipline in the past!
April 23, 2023 at 12:47 #1645124My local Ladbrokes is only a stones throw away.
a couple of the staff they have there now are superb
A couple of old guys I know don’t even have internet
If everyone bet online these shops would be all gone although when I pop in there its mainly the FOBT players in there and no interest in the racingGaelic Warrior Gold Cup Winner 2026
