NOVEMBER ALEXANDERS
I’ll set no targets, but do hope to make some visible inroads towards profits this month.Kasino although touched off at 28/1 in previous run by Sydney Bay, was not good enough to hold off a battalion of runners including said Sydney last night, but meant the month ended with a winner at Newcastle which is one of the most consistent of the all weather tracks in England. They all offer something different and if you can land winners at each track in a week you are very well informed.
Tonight’s meeting at kempton has a class 3 race which is cutting up already with two non runners. I’ve backed class dropper

Early doors but Hugh Taylor has tipped Buccaby which has again altered the market so I’ll be watching that race develop today.
The flat season goes on unabated with breeders and Melbourne all coming up over the next few days before the jumps takes over in earnest.
November should finally see ALEXANDER fully settled in.
I’ll put up Hugh Taylor’s selections here occasionally as I believe in addition to the odd good tip he puts up there are some absolutely shocking selections which can have a huge beneficiary effect when opposed given the value of those runners in the race he plays in. It isn’t always a great market to play in but there is always an angle in a Hugh Taylor influenced market. You have to remember the races he selects are virtually exclusively ATR races and he is in their pay so in addition to WINNERS there has to be CANNON FODDER SELECTIONS ( a conflict of interest ) if you will. Otherwise his paymasters would go out of business. Pricewise has exactly the same dilemma and he doesn’t even advise prices anymore with his selections. And when Tom Segal started saying things like “ people who over obsess about the Ayr gold cup draw “……, was when I realised Tom had gone over to the “Dark Side” and he became as irrelevant as his editor Bruce “FOTBS ARE GOOD” MIllington. I never paid a days attention since to Tom Seagal. Hugh at least is a maverick and occasionally slips in the name of the horse he’d rather be backing when he puts up said cannon fodder. But in doing so he creates an alternative market of rare value. I’ve been exploiting that lately and although you didn’t realise it I’ve been matching or beating him on a regular basis.November 1, 2023 at 14:33 #1668733Best of luck in November Sam, as always I pay serious attention to

murphys lore applies here and this lightly raced speedster was a likely leading light last season fluffed lines at ascot but very much one to keep on the right side of and worth chancing even though a run in the back will see usual progression may be ready now.

this yard really quiet after breakthrough ascot and summer of higher class wins through big Ev but back to bread and butter here and this runner looks very well treated even in this company

November 2, 2023 at 11:33 #1668812William twee and baldermo for micheal Appleby 🍎 the best of them last night and tanango did the business as an odds on horse should do. Weather watch is the currency today and lingfield has gone but other remain and later races after work grab my attention today. Hope to keep the winners coming but trusting in physics from here on in with a smattering of form.

has a chance here if ready to rock for the classic winning trainer and jockey team.
draw is absolutely crucial here and this newcomer is very well bred and a “full”
half brother to the chatty man alenquer a group 1 winner would not have to be anything special to go in here but yard have a trait of bringing them in slowly attaining a mark then stepping them up in trip. No suprise if that is the case, but yard aware of the effects of the draw on the all weather especially when there is a spare stall empty. Could be anything of course but I’m going with the physics in the absence of form.

Unpredictable Gordon Elliott horse but Jordan gainford up and easily won maiden hurdle.
Dragons pass
Each waythe new bottom weight and has Sam Ewing on board who has a stunning record when not riding for Gordon Elliott. Jockey of this horse was an unlucky loser when just squeezed out last time in a race where jockey was hit by a rival on board Gerdarme when horses came together on tight bend. Gendarme’s (6th) jockey a mr P. Brynes suspended for 12 days as a result. Either benefits from absence of bottom weight or adversely affected by it.

the top weight has a tremendous advantage over this field under traverse draw and gets a massive pull from the bottom weight whose position in stall 1 at the bottom of the handicap means GOT NO DOLLARS (WIN) is the most likely winner here.
vilaboss has almost identical claims drawn alongside both horses and the second weight. These two have a 1/1 record against each other. The third horse at the weights is Bletchley storm drawn in stall 4 and the betting and the weights indicate these three are well clear of the field. Winning stall range is 1-4 and a COMBINATION TRICAST
is the call with a win bet on
