Espresso Milan 33-1 ew
Running in a decent race on Sunday with Townend on, looked quite nice winning his maiden and plenty of stamina in the pedigree. Should have a good future over fences as well.
January 23, 2026 at 18:29 #1751360Logged into my Betfair account for the first time in a while and found a free £1 bet waiting for me. There is no point wasting it on something at a short price!
Espresso Milan won well enough at Thurles last weekend, so I will join green in the gamble. It is a wide open race but he looks as good as anything and the 21 is fair enough.
January 25, 2026 at 23:37 #1751947Kripticjim 40/1 E/W Trained by the Tizzard stable who wons the race with another long priced winner Kilbricken Storm back in 2018. The best horse does not always win this race but the tough ones often do, this horse looks very genuine, likes a battle and looks a thorough stayer. He has an entry in the Turners but can’t see him running in that.
February 2, 2026 at 13:31 #1753222Doctor Steinberg 7-2
February 16, 2026 at 11:57 #1754955Minella Emperor for me at 66-1 ew, with non runner no bet applied
February 16, 2026 at 18:14 #1754978I’ve backed King’s Bucks’s each way at 33s NRNB.
De Bromhead usually has his team cherry ripe come March and this is a horse that will certainly improve for 3 miles. He has a profile not dissimilar to Minella Indo who also won this race as a maiden hurdler at a big price.
February 17, 2026 at 12:42 #1755033Yeah I’ve got him too. Good form behind No Drama This End at Cheltenham, yard were in poor form but still finished second at Limerick
March 12, 2026 at 19:44 #1759146King’s Bucks 20/1 win only
March 12, 2026 at 21:01 #1759180Doctor Du Mesnil for me as main hope, looks the ideal type to bounce back here.
I’d like a backup, and nearly went with Kripticjim, but swaying towards Moneygarrow at the moment. I’ll check them in the morning
Kripticjim/Moneygarrow
Doctor Du Mesnil EW5Pls
March 12, 2026 at 21:52 #1759200I like Jalon d’Oudairies for this. 3rd behind Jaamin de Vaux and Romeo Coolio in the bumper two years ago. Was out for a while, but seems to be back on track now. Also added Hipop de Loire. Experienced on the flat and unexposed over hurdles.
Jalon d’Oudairies 20/1 EW
Hipop de Loire 33/1 EWMarch 13, 2026 at 09:48 #1759263Added
Mondoui’boy 16s win only
March 13, 2026 at 09:52 #1759267Doctor Steinberg one of my bankers of the meeting.
March 13, 2026 at 09:55 #1759268Terrible race for favourites, same here Wilts Mondoui’boy.

March 13, 2026 at 12:34 #1759340Taken two each way in this, Hipop de Loire (sp 5 plcs) and Road Exile at 40s 4 plcs
March 13, 2026 at 13:14 #1759365I’ve backed Doctor Do Mesnil e.w ( expecting the jump in distance to help ) plus tongue tie and Dr Steinberg to win
Pick 3 on Saturday champion 2025/2026
