Destination Harrogate Maiden Stakes. 41.15 Ripon.
Looks an interesting race but more a watching brief than laying down cash.
There is definitely untapped potential here that could go on to run up a few wins on the flat and over hurdles.
Cotillion would be my choice unless there was a strong market move for Laazim
I should have left it at "Looks an interesting race but more a watching brief than laying down cash." and not offered an opinion.
Catillion had plenty of support in the market but I felt he there did not look much of this colt and he put up no fight at all. I thought he might make a hurdler but after seeing him race it looked like he is not in love with the sport.
MY Chestnut Girl looked impressive but in the end she beat nothing of note.
The only one maybe for the note book is Mark Johnston’s Laazim once he acclimatizes over here.
