On paper at least Fast Feet looks a good thing as 11/10-6/5 fav on BF. (Reckon he could start at 8/11.He looks to be maturing and this stiffer 5f should not present a problem. Captain Gerard surely needs much further than this.

Fav Mr Napper Tandy’s Curragh second is hard to assess given his previous form. I will take a chance with Chapple-Hyam’s  Tariq (9/2 on BF) who has been asked big questions of late but who needs to get his head in front before any tilt at Ascot.

Topweight and 9/2 2nd Fav (in a weak BF market) Beckermet under Royston Ffrench looks capable of taking this as he looks to have more class than his rivals. Phluke can run into a place.
