    Your idea of having named subs (and not allowing the substituted horses back in) is FIENDISHLY clever GT. I want to bring my subs Sea of Class and Barney Roy in….but who to dump? Mount Everest and Magna Grecia are injured…but Magna Grecia only has a pulled muscle. I think I will get rid of Mount Everest next week and just suck it up if he returns in the autumn and wins all round him (unproven and will be lacking experience so he’ll have to be some wonderhorse). But Magna G on the other hand..
    and SoC is pitching into a hot race on her reappearance. Perhaps I could dump Fairyland in case she’s not all that over 6F this year either (the mile experiment hasn’t worked)? But SoC and Barney Roy might disappoint this year too..Fairyland’s race is after Barney Roy’s and SoC’s so it would be a guess.

    I would like to make my first change to the list.

    OUT – Please can I remove Dancing Vega (Ire)

    IN – Replace with Sea Of Class (Ire)

    Many thanks and although the list as not been as good as hoped for
    I am enjoying every minute of it. Good or bad the interest is the
    main thing.

    With so many runners next week I won’t be able to go through who’s got runners.
    Might be a bit behind this week too. Have a consultant’s health check appointment on Wednesday to see if I’m going blind. Well, not quite as dramatic… This week’s field test results / Glaucoma check up that’s three times been postponed since January because of a lack of consultants. So couldn’t put it off until (I’m told) at least September if not November. End of rant!

    Nice to get a few points on board Ginger, never expected it to be Al Hilalee what a nice surprise. :good:

    Really looking forward to coming back in time for Royal Ascot, although I will have to watch Tuesday on video as we don’t get home until late evening.

    Don’t worry about the scores Ginge you’ve put more than enough hard work into laying out all the Group races next week and thank you for that :good:

    Hope all goes well for you with your check-up on Wednesday, Ginger.

    I’ll be out of the country from Wednesday onwards for a big family get-together, thereby missing all of Royal Ascot except the first day. Good luck, everyone, and enjoy.
