I’ll start off with The Sawyer (on 2m4 to 3m on heavy ground) and Pennek (3m nov chases).

October 16, 2009 at 19:09 #253630I have a list on my blog http://www.thecotswoldtipster.blogspot.com
Here are a couple –
Vino Griego – Trained by the very shrewd Gary Moore I think this horse could become a serious player in some of the big novice hurdles at Cheltenham or Aintree come the pinnacle of the season. Following his opening second to Zazamix of Nicky Henderson’s he went onto to comfortably beat Western Leader. I would think he may be sent straight over hurdles and may make an appearance at one of the early Cheltenham meetings. Groundwise I would think that anything with soft in it should do the trick.also from the Mighty Paul Nicholls yard a hurdler to follow might be Oamaru Stone – He has run in two Irish Points winning his maiden well before being snapped by the Stewart Family and having just the sole start in a bumper at Fontwell in Feb 09. Well backed and tried to make use of his obvious stamina, weakened and finished 5 lengths back from Latin America who went on to finish mid div running on in The Champion bumper at the Festival. He looks likely to begin in a Novice hurdle at Exeter early next week.
