    G’day All,

    I’ve got 2 spare tickets for Champion Day in the Tattersalls enclosure. Face value is £49/each, but I’ll consider any reasonable offer.

    I’m aiming to be at the course around 11:30 on Tuesday. I’ll PM my contact details to whoever is interested, and we can exchange on the day.

    Billy you should get them in advance before or just after Christmas they go for around £35 in Tatts

    I actually purchased mine and Mrs Bronco’s before The Hennessy ! B-)

    These two spare ones are for some friends who jumped on the bandwagon late, but have just had some bad news on the employment front. I don’t really want to see the tickets go to waste, so anything I can get to offset their expense will be a bonus.

    Are you there on Tuesday ? – I’ll keep an eye out for you if so !

    I’m there Wednesday Billy.
    I would love to be there on the Tuesday it’s the best day of the festival but I’ve got my boy and cant get anybody suitable to have him on the Tuesday after school and not fair to palm him off. If only Mother was alive life would be so easy.
    There are always people buying and selling tickets outside the course, best to get their early and try and get a good price off the touts. I once had a complimentary ticket which I couldn’t pass on and a tout took it off me for a tenner.

    Pity you’re not there on the Tuesday Nat. After giving last year a miss we’re back again tomorrow. Hopefully meeting my friend Wendy again [who you met] and John Pinfold who has a new book out about the Grand National [plug plug].Will try to take lots of photos of the retired horses but whether I’ll be able to work out how to put them on here is another matter.

    Hope you got there in plenty of time for the photos Moe.
    Denman looks a beast still and seeing Sizing Europe will be worth the entry fee.
    I’m getting quite emotional seeing them on the tv without Kauto Star there.
