Couldn’t agree more Bobby, I think he’s a class act, and he can carry big weights which
is just as well as he’s always going to be at the top of the handicap. I’m surprised that
Bet365 are holding out with the 40/1 for the Stewards Cup after his run on Saturday, so
I’ve topped up again.

Good luck with Streb, seems to be hitting form at the right time. If you take out his last
round 75 (MDF) at the John Deere, his six previous rounds read 65 68 65 69 69 66. That’s s**t
hot form, and I’m having a blatant steal from you as I hadn’t considered him until I looked
at him after you put him up. I’ll be owing you more than a pint if he comes up

I don’t know if you look in on Darren’s Sports bet thread for the
golf, but if you do you’ll see I often also have a bet on the 1st
round leader. Robert Streb is 150/1 1/4 odds 6 places with Sky. In
the Open 2 years back at St Andrews, only Dustin Johnson with a 65
kept Streb out of joint leader with a 66. You’d be kicking yourself
if he starts with a scorcher, gotta be worth a couple of quid

3.20 Cartmel – The Conn

Not the most hopeless 100/1 shot going. Lots of water under the bridge since he was in the Hemmings colours but showed a bit more spark last time and finished a race off strongly for the first time in a good few years. I’ve had 50p ew for a bit of sport.

If any bookies offer 100/1 tomorrow morning, I’ll have an each way play on Sixties Song from argentina in the king George
