I don’t think appointing Gordon Brown in his advanced years makes sense. This is just another example of Starmer’s inability to make rational decisions. But in his heyday Gordon Brown was superb. We should not worry about him selling some of our gold reserves – following the financial crisis started in the good old USA, ha ha, he saved this country from total wipe out. Now unless we loosen our dealings with the USA quickly we will find another financial crisis is just round the corner. Who will save us then?
