Ah I see, I saw this bit quoted elsewhere:
“Novice Flat race is a Flat race for horses which have not won more than two flat races and have not won a flat race which is classified as Class 1 or more than one flat race which is classified as Class 2”
but they had omitted adding the clause you cite.
So Daddy Long Legs and Quinta di Lago are OK but not the others. Winston Junior- 2nd in the Ulster Derby and joint fav for the Fred Winter- would also be OK I think. Faye Bramley trains in Lambourn so Winston and the Hill could share a horsebox to Southwell and stop for a Maccy D’s together on the way home, winner buys.
