Snowman asked if I had tried this system before – I did last year…it showed a profit of just under 10%. We have had 2 seconds today, which could have won and shown a good profit.
I started the thread because I believe after say, 100 selections we will be in profit – and then it might be time to look at a staking plan.
Monday saw one winner Golden Empire at 3/1, with two placed at 11/1 and 3/1 and one NR
So far: 11 selections, outlay £220, returns £283 ..profit 6.3 pts

If the runners are reduced, I still back the selection each way at 1/4 odds.<br>I picked Jericho III because there was a 1st favourite, a two joint seconds, then a clear third Jericho III.
Saturday had 2 losers and 3 placed at 9/2, 8/1 and 10/1.<br>Sunday had a 7/1 winner (Meadaaf) and 2 losers
Assuming £10 each way on each selection, there would have been 8 selections: outlay £160 returns £179 – profit £19 or 1.9 points.
