    A lot of very good advice so far Steve , two things that are very inportant to my system are , 1, keep good records both daily and monthly ( spreadsheet ) and 2, I only bet 3% of my bank , when a losing period comes and it will , stick to the meathods you know work , sometimes I rejuice my bets until I start winning again .Good luck and above all enjoy

    last month 131 but can be as high as 198 , average 130 ish
