Course & distance = King George.

Yes it’s annoying having to wait an extra 2 weeks & boxing day was VERY boring.

What we need is a true King George for Kauto to make history.

Otherwise it’s Istabraq & the champion hurdle all over again.

Flat got to have four of each sorry

Soviet song. I will always love her watching her grow from a non descript foal to a super star. Should have the name for her first son soon.

Loch Song first flat horse i ever paid much attention to when still a jumps obsessed teenager.

Yeats tough as nails hope he makes a decent NH Sire.

New Seeker (rip) the ERC’s first Royal Ascot winner loved to watch him run from the front. He had the heart of a lion.

    Jumps

Dessert Orchid. The first horse I ever fell in love with & the reason for my love of racing. Boxing day still isn’t the same without him leading the parade.

Kauto Star no need for words

One Man I cried my heart out for days when we lost him at Aintree

Edron en Bleu & Azertiyoupe The Queen Mother Champion chase is my favourite race in the Entire calender & these two horses always make me smile.

Very well done Snow Fairy, Got quite a soft spot for her.

Have to agree with Pinza Dandino making it a British double in twoo weeks would be fantastic. He fly from stanstead tommorrow. Ive got everything crossed he’ll probably be able to hear me cheering him on from Yorkshire. ERC could do with a change in luck.

I’ve been a member of Elite since 25th December 2000 My first runner was Knighted at Wetherby 26th Deember 2000 2nd Behind Creon. I’ve loved every minute & as Pinza points out the thrill of Danny running in the Leger was just that, I was away in Gainsborough on a world war two reenactment but sloped off to watch the race in William Hill dressed as a WREN as it turned out with the girl that rode Danny as a two year old. I’ve yet to see a runner in the flesh but shout loudly at the TV really loudly !! If Danny runs in Japan I know he will not disgrace himself or the club if he wins well it’ll make my year. The clud deserves some good news after the recent loss of Kabayil & the New Appraoch filly. The club also bred Danny sothat will make it all the more special.

I take it some people that are critical of the club are not members jealosy perhaps clouding their judgement after all if Danny was owned & trained ny anyone other than Elite & James Given would there position be different.

Go Danny go go go.dropped back to 1 mile 4 furlongs on his preferred going he’s got to be in with a shout and it makes more sense than sending him to Dubai risking setting him back for the start of next years flat turf season.

James knows what he’s doing & it’s been on the cards since before the St Leger.

I just hope Paul Mulrennan takes the ride as he knows Danny inside out.

£2 million into the prize money fund will be lovely just before my annual dividend.

Good luck & come home safe Danny we’ve not seen the best of you yet.

    Thanks Grayson

Reports from Rysn re Yaba are very promising he seems to be doing very well, Ryan’s mum Kay is still with ERC & is great fun on stable visits.

As well as Yabadabadoo we have another of Kabayil’s sons to look forward to in Mister Dillon who will be going to Nicky Henderson shortly.

Thank you Pinza Moehat & yquem21 for your kind sympathies.

She never did get a name of her own Pinza I just called her sweetpea because she had a cheeky way about her that was very good at conning polo’s out of you just like her mum.

I’ll always think what might have been would she have produced a derby winner if fates had been kinder.

I’m very sad to report the the New Approach ex Kalinka Filly finally lost her brave battle for life on 29th September 2010. Her stifle just couldn’t be fixed.

My heart goes out to Maurice camacho as it’s only 1 week since we lost Kabayil.

Sweet dreams little darling free from pain & able to run like the wind .

I’d picked MR Frisk out in the paddock & my Mum said I was silly because he was sweating up ( i was 14 years old at the time ) she didn’t think I was silly 9 minute later just upset that she hadn’t put the mortgage on him
