Sorry for bringing this thread back from the dead chaps.

I too have recently purchased this book, and im trying to decide which system suits me best to trial. I work 8-4 most days, and so i need a system where i can identify selections the night before, and then place the bets either before i go to work, or during my lunch break.

So far systems 1, 11 and 16 have caught my eye., and i plan on trialling all 3 during January to see if any stand out.

Have you guys had any further thoughts on this booklet since this thread was started?
