I’m not sure how to test a system using one of those losing run Calculators. I’ll enjoy following this one if you keep posting the results Goldentouch – great if it makes a profit!

Hi Chaps,

I’ve been lurking here on the forum for a few months. On 11th May last year there were 9 consecutive losing Favs in races with 9 runners or less, (not including odds on or joint Favs) Starting from the first race the following day on the 12th there were another 5 of these consecutive losing Favs so that’s 14 losers in a row before you get a 13/8 winner. Also, the last 2 qualifying races on the 10th May also lost, so if you’d started there you would have had to wait until 17th race before a winner

There may have been a longer losing run last year. Goldentouch, I haven’t done the maths here but surely that would have wiped out your bank? Or can you still make an overall profit if you lose your bank occasionally, like Seagull says has been possible with the old chap Mark’s system?
