That rumour seems to do the rounds on a very regular basis.

I agree with every word of that, Cav.

Coverage of horses in the paddock has gone downhill since the early days of coverage by the BBC. A fixed camera position and a chance to the horses one at a time from side on.

These days we must have personalities and talking heads.

I’m getting too old to enjoy sports coverage on television these days.

At Pontefract Carey Street became BUNGLE INTHEJUNGLE’s third success as a sire and at Windsor Gypsy Spirit provided GREGORIAN with his first.

    Yes, I had noticed.

2-y-o season has hardly got under way yet. A very slow start to the season.

One of the pre-season favourites in the top First Season Sires, NO NAY NEVER, has his first runner today at Dundalk 6.00. The Irish Rover appears to be the second choice of the stable (A.P.O’Brien) with the Scat Daddy sired Sergei Prokofiev heading the market.

BUNGLE INTHEJUNGLE is the first First season Sire to have a winner as Jungle Jane takes the first at Dundalk.

No luck for BUNGLE INTHEJUNGLE in the Brocklesby, his best, Carey Street, finished 6th. but ran well enough.

By the way Nathan, were you involved in the naming of the Sir Prancealot colt in that race – Gingersdunthelot?????

Couple of runners for FSS MORPHEUS in the first at Naas.

Twenty entries for the first 2-y-o race of the season, the Brocklesby, and the fact that FSS BUNGLE INTHEJUNGLE has three of those suggests his stock are proving precocious. Could be this years Sir Prancealot?
