Incredible mare, the fact the she has knocked up 7 horses with RPRs over 10 shows how classy she was. And if Sadlers Wells was a sire of sires, she is a mother of sires, with her grandkids Teofilo and New Approch already gone to stud.

Hopefully Celestial Halo can win the Champ Hurdle for her too, to establish her legacy of dominace over jumps aswell.

    Well Said !!!!

Not it wasn’t very nice. .

The "consolation" is the vet was on hand quickly and did the necessary as soon as the screens were up so he did not have to suffer too long.

    Condolences to connections.

Paul, thanks for posting that, its such a worry..I hate to think of those beautiful horses suffering

Should this thread be re-named the "name the top class horse you don’t like either for irrational, non-sensical or financial reasons"?

I agree with all your comments, what a tragedy, a really hansome fella with bags of talent, will miss his white blaze and white socks :( …sorry to the connections. I heard Robert Cooper announce it this morning on ATR, he sounded sad too

ATR’s free video library doesn’t get the credit it deserves and is a resource I’d find it difficult to function as I do without.

I agree with you 100% DJ

ATR gives GET ON as well as l informed live discussion throughout the day. Sean Boyce and Tony Ennis are my favourites. Matt Chapman is a big mouth and an irritating know it all…I always turn it off or turn down the sound when he appears.
