    Yes he did look a shadow of the animal that hacked up in the King George and Commercial First. Walsh appeared to be stuck in two minds about whether to kick on or join Our Vic. He was on and off the bridle at regular intervals. He didn’t look an easy ride there though.

    I’m disappointed as I think he may well be on the down turn.

    The BBC do disappoint with their coverage. Their ‘experts’ leave a lot to be desired, barring Norman Williamson who I believe is excellent. It smacks of ‘jobs for the boys’. Removing Sue Barker was a good move though.

    Aye, but connections are favouring the Bowl. The Melling is the alternative, if it comes up soft.
