    You were correct with the above. Never got picked up by RSB.

    On 24/03/07 there was a losing run of 5 before the favourite won. This is when stakes start to get high. There might have been longer losing runs throughout the year though.

    To me awhile to fathom your figures out. Basically, you are aiming to make £50 per day and stop at a winner? Each bet to recover previous losses.

    Stakes could get pretty high if you hit a losing run. Are you backing odds-on selections and from around the world?

    Do you carry on the sequence next day if there’s a losing day?

    No favourites won on 24/02/07.

    Some days there are not many qualifying races.

    I’ve just had a look at the system using Racing System Builder for 2007. Admittedly RSB can only filter on <10 runners and cannot differentiate co -favourites, but one would have made a loss.

    Backing favourites is not usually a profitable way of betting owing to them being overbet.
