Seagull,
Follow this through. Do not accept the 11/10 s.p. as its a disgrace. You wanted the 7/4 to full stake but they would not accomadate that, you were restricted to £100 which you wanted at 7/4, the price at the time was 7/4 at the time and the price was on the slip. This price was not an imaginary figure plucked from the sky, it was the price available at the time, abliet to pennies and twopences!
Go to IBAS, go to the R Post, just let them know that you are going to make a song and dance about it as common sense should prevail from there end.
Id say you clean up on the place markets on Betfair!!
What wouyld the return be on such a bet please?

Not as many as he asks ‘Whose going to get there?'<br>and ‘Thatrs a photo’
The las on that Teamtalk radio are tripe. I have to endure them as its the only way I can get live racing in work. They are under orders to call each race as being a tight finish when in fact it could be a facile winner and often they get the wrong winner being called.
Glenn,
No I am not a bookie. (unless you consider laying on Betfair)
Anybody that has recourse to your customer service team can only feel cheated and disillusioned.  Any of the bookmakers I have ever dealt with have offered first class customer service because they value their clients whereas Betfair dont give a s**t about the people that make them money. As I have explained before one of your staff tells me one thing yet you come on here and correct your fellow staff member. Your rules of racing seems to have little reflection of the real rules and terms and I for one will not be using your business again.
Glenn,
I never saw your response in reply to the criticism of Betfairs customer service complaints. I have a niggling feeling that you are the man solely responsible for Betfairs extraordinary poo customer service. Am I right?
Daylight,
I think its the whole them and us mentality and that by backing an Irish winner at Cheltenham you are keeping your allegiance to the side and also gives you greater incentive to cheer and raise the roof if an Irish horse does win.
However it will lead to the poorhouse if it blinds the Irish punter as I think we may struggle this year.
