For me I still like Minella Rocco at 25’s to run into a place in the Gold Cup
Ran well enough in the Lexus and has not had his going as yet and will hopefully get it quicker next monthGaelic Warrior Gold Cup Winner 2026
February 8, 2018 at 15:39 #1341273Nice shout that Nathan, will just have to hope they don’t go at a mega pace or he could be left behind!
February 8, 2018 at 17:15 #1341285Agreed, Minella Rocco looks a cracking ew bet in a year when you could argue most of the market leaders have questionable form this time round. The race is set up nicely for a big priced winner imo.
Also Lil Rockafeller @ 25’s? Mental price. Had everything bar the I’ll fated Nicholas Canyon behind him last year.
Charbel also 25’s looks generous to me, was in the process of giving Altior something to think about last year, if he turns up fit he could well run into a place.February 8, 2018 at 18:09 #1341289Bun Duran @ 33/1 NRMB in the Grand Annual looks decent. Rumours flying around (unconfirmed) of a wind op too…

February 8, 2018 at 19:15 #1341298Good shout that FrankieMac, clearly wants good gound and looks a massive price if it gets it at Cheltenham!
February 8, 2018 at 19:30 #1341302Starting to get a good feeling about Mitchouka in the Fred Winter, if he escapes a Phil Smith penalty.

February 8, 2018 at 20:30 #1341310What’s happened to TAPK? Is he still about?
February 8, 2018 at 22:11 #1341318I got told he somehow managed to set fire to his kitchen whilst cooking steak

February 8, 2018 at 22:59 #1341326Wouldn’t let me watch it but hope he’s alright, not a nice thing to happen at all! Thanks for the update Nathan
February 8, 2018 at 23:08 #1341329My long shot would have to be
Buveur D’air each way in the champion hurdle at 1/2!!
I’m pretty confident he will scrap a place and if he wins then we’ve hit the jackpot baby!!
If this pulls off it will be my best festival to date!!
I’ll be buying myself the racing post for the following day as a treat if I land this mega gamble.February 9, 2018 at 10:38 #1341363Tombstone is 25/1 to win any race. Big fan of this horse. 4th in possibly the best supreme ever run, has taken to chasing well and I thought he did well in the Flogas. It was a big step up and he finished 6th, 8 lengths behind Monalee. Difficult to know which route he will take which is why I think the any race market price is best at this stage. Davy will hopefully ride him wherever he goes.
