    In Ireland a few 7 pound claimers to keep an eye on, Cian Collins, Richie Doyle and JJ Slevin.

    Claimers over Jumps: the obvious one is Harry Cobden. Also Mr James King, Stan Sheppard, Toby Wheeler, Ross Chapman and perhaps Blair Campbell.

    I can concure regarding Ross Chapman and Blair Campbell, both with a grounding in the northern pointing scene and making a good impression. Make a note also of Alexander Thorne, attached to Lucinda Russell, who can do light weights and is being used for a 10lb claim to good effect, boasting a record to date of 3 wins and 2 seconds from just 14 rides.
