Love the Sailsbury bet Ginge 😀 (hate to be a **** but it’s the 6.55)
Quick question, how come you don’t bet on the exchange? Not enough liquidity the night before? or do you get BOG with the books?
Vast majority of my own personal bets are with betfair, Ben. Most bookmakers have either closed or restricted my accounts. But when a horse is the same price with a bookmaker as on the exchanges then I like to give that price as it’s BOG for my follower. You also occasionally get some suggesting exchange prices I put up aren’t available.

August 25, 2017 at 19:16 #1315638It’s not York, but have been waiting for this horse. Ran behind Expert Eye and would’ve been second had he got a level break. This step up in trip looks sure to suit and the opposition looks weak – out of form or needing to improve a lot to beat an on form Mildenberger. I’d expect him to go off something like 4/6

Three at the top of the betting, Mustashry, Mondialiste and Master The World are all usually hold up horses in a race where it’s hard to find any pace. Forest Ranger is perhaps the most likely but Soverign Debt has often raced handily of late too.38 points each way @ 7/1 (PP) Soverign Debt (min 11/2)

Celebration mile looks a poor Group 2, CJ. I’ve often backed Lightning Spear in Group 1’s, but when I saw 11/10 yesterday thought I’d be opposing him. However, with Zonderland without a run for ages… Richard Pankhurst more a 7f horse, thouroughly inconsistent and out of form… Opal Tiara out of form and not good enough even at her best… And in Oh This Is Us‘s last two starts has beaten just one horse home in two big fields… Although at the prices did think about a saver as some placed form gives him a chance. Market move for the Hannon horse could be significant. Thought about Hathal as an alternative with Haggas in good form, but there doesn’t appear much pace in the race and he’s an 8 to 10 furlong horse seemingly devoid of finishing speed. Lightning Spear has the best form, suited by conditions and the one horse that ran well last time/recently.
Good luck with Battersea in the Ebor, I can’t get involved with big field handicaps on the flat these days – not the time. Don’t even know who’s running. I’ll be cheering yours on.

Had some 16/1 taken overnight for Forest Ranger, he’s shortened up but have to put him up.
