Can’t understand why Vladimir Putin is not entered for this. Putin was supposed to retire in 2024 but put the following amendment in place.

If he invades Ukraine in the near future then an entry must be a certainty.

Compared to some of the runners last year – Basil Fawlty for example – he is more than worthy of his place in the line up! Although, given the amount of condition he is carrying, I would not expect a bold showing. He might need a race or two to get him ready.
