The non Mullins logic is interesting alright – both horses mentioned would be at Douvan type price if came from Mullins yard.

Even when carpet fitting always knew what I wanted to do for a living and therefore cutting down on needed future expenditure was going to be wise/less stressfull. Funnily enough, now I wouldn’t even be considered for a mortgage anyway in my line of work.
