In the 1.50 at Warwick today, I see that Credit Crunched finished just in front of Global Warning with China Goes Green worryingly tailed off.
Sign of things to come?

November 11, 2009 at 19:06 #258266I like the name Carbon Hoofprint.
Coincidentally, he’s running in a Claimer at Southwell tomorrow – so there you go, a tip as well!

Brilliant!November 12, 2009 at 14:15 #258349Oh well, Carbon Hoofprint was a blowout, though I haven’t read the race report yet.
I couldn’t find anything to do with current affairs amongst tomorrow’s runners, so that might be the end of the thread, unless a
Whistle Blower
has blurted out about the
Home Secretary
, the
Shady Lady
,
Mr Big
and

November 12, 2009 at 23:49 #258441I was looking at the declarations for Saturdays racing at Frankfurt when I spotted a horse running in the first race. I looked at the name and thought ‘They can’t call a horse THAT!!’. It was only when I looked again and checked the name that I realised I’d made a mistake and the horse was actually called Big TITUS.

The one I remember most was a horse here in Maryland that won at Laurel. I put a few bucks on him. Well, I didn’t but my Sister did for me because I was under age at the time. It was pouring rain, he was 17-1, the track was a swamp and his name was Muddy Rudder. Gotta love those.
November 13, 2009 at 21:16 #258551I lived in Laurel for a while back in the 90s and worked at the track. Doubt I’d know anyone there stil though.
