Just me and my single-mindedness, but I am very much so looking forward to the Sussex stakes, to see Rip Van Winkle win by 7 lengths!
Think the Falmouth will be very good too!
July 6, 2010 at 13:03 #305001The Hennessy Gold Cup at Newbury, perfect race, perfect day out, love it
July 6, 2010 at 13:10 #305003The Maplewood Developments Hurdle
July 6, 2010 at 13:16 #305004Another vote for the Hennessy, I suppose, I feel a bit lost nowadays on the Flat – though I always enjoy the Molecomb and Flying Childers.
July 6, 2010 at 13:55 #305010A vote for a Maiden Point-To-Point next season when our horse Aim For The Stars makes his pointing debut.
I’m sure I’m the only person on here voting for that one though
July 6, 2010 at 14:07 #305011The Supreme Novices Hurdle… because we all know what that means… Cheltenham is here

I like this answer, a lot! :0)
July 6, 2010 at 15:23 #305043I always look out for the Weatherbys Super Sprint. Must be the romanticism of buying a 2 grand horse and him paying for himself for life if he wins.
July 6, 2010 at 15:28 #305045more likely she?
don’t know, just my impression.
July 6, 2010 at 15:50 #305050The Hambletonian next month, because it’s the only time harness racing is on national television. I really haven’t been following the 3yo trotters like I did last year, but the race itself is exciting anyway.
July 6, 2010 at 18:34 #305082The Betfair Chase at Haydock and the King George VI Chase at Kempton to see Kauto Star in winning action again.
More in hope the Tingle Creek Chase, as its been a while since I’ve seen a great two mile chaser flying around Sandown.
July 6, 2010 at 18:43 #305083Looking forward to the Tingle Creek and London National, the first to see a corking two mile chase, the second to see the legend that is Eric’s Charm for perhaps the final time.

So don't run, just like the others always do

Looking forward to the first 2 year old that posts a figure of 96+ as well as finding more 100+ figures and maiden winners that post ratings of an top draw seasoned handicaper would produce or clear the track standard by some distance, getting excited about their potential and backing them for big races and finding the edge when they’re put up in grade as people write them off.

You’re on the money Phil, the Tingle is a great day out. I’m gonna have some of that this year!
