March 1, 2015 at 23:07 #779164Ha, and I never touched a thing!
Any more stuff anyone spots please let me know.
Working on a PM facility as I think people used that a lot (I did).
Does anyone miss the chat-room? If so we can resurrect that I think.
March 1, 2015 at 23:25 #779203I’ll find out..

March 1, 2015 at 23:48 #779251Generally very good now Corm; you’re getting there.

Small things:
Reply, Report, and Quote aswell as the # number are barely visable. Just needs a slightly darker font.
May be it is something to do with my Glaucoma but…
Still could do with every other post’s background being one font darker for my liking.
Not keen on the red fonts of the Section pages either (non-threads). A more purple tinge might make it easier? But generally very good.
Value Is EverythingMarch 2, 2015 at 00:27 #779321Like all re-vamps it will take a little while for my eyes and brain to adjust . Even so, it Looks good , although probably still needs a little bit of tweaking here and there before it becomes the finished article. Good job.

March 2, 2015 at 06:13 #779527Nice to see it now says “log out” at the top of the page. Avoids confusion

This is probably a bit petty, but the font I see when I’m actually typing my post is very pale and scrappy. Could it be the same font as the final post?

Now just need a preview post and we’re almost back to normal.March 2, 2015 at 21:12 #780280Getting used, slowly, to the new site and mostly positive thoughts. Personally, I think the emoticons look like the kind of thing I see on my kids’ school homework site, but I’m sure I’ll get used to them in time! Otherwise, great.
March 2, 2015 at 21:56 #780562Being the Legend of the forum who expects 100,000 views a day,I cant see how many I’m getting anymore and legends are created by those who read them.
March 2, 2015 at 22:04 #780563I am looking into how to get ‘times viewed’ numbers onto topics TAPK. May require some bespoke code.
March 2, 2015 at 23:35 #780618Any chance of a “Delete Last Post” option as before?
March 3, 2015 at 09:14 #780907What do the terms Favorite (sic) and Subscribe on the first post in a thread mean/do?
There seems to be an influx of new posters, which is ostensibly welcome, but are they mainly existing correspondents with new usernames?
March 3, 2015 at 10:26 #780955The Search facility only seems to work when you are logged on – is this intentional?

It seems to work for me AP when I log-out.
What do the terms Favorite (sic) and Subscribe on the first post in a thread mean/do?
Cormack might know more on this – I will log-in as an administrator and see if I can find out more.
This is a bit of a learning-curve for me as I have only dabbled with WordPress in the past.
Cormack has to be highly commended for all his work – I think the change over to a new hosting company/board format has gone very smoothly.
March 3, 2015 at 11:19 #780969Very highly commended!
We’re settling in nicely thank you. Someone chuck another log on the radiator and put the kettle on
I'd like to live in a place where they cordon off swans...March 3, 2015 at 15:59 #781370Small thing:
Could the font for signatures be in a slightly lighter colour to separate them from the posts themselves? They seem to run in to each other at the moment even with the line.
Value Is EverythingMarch 3, 2015 at 16:10 #781375In the Daily Lays And Plays section, I’d personally be in favour of NO EDITING what so ever. So there’s no possibility of anyone going back and changing a back or lay; or of being accused of doing so.
