Anyone who enjoyed Weatherby’s Cheltenham Festival Betting Guide will want to be in on our latest competition.
Weatherby’s have very kindly offered three copies of their brand new AINTREE AND PUNCHESTOWN FESTIVALS BETTING GUIDE for the winners of this exclusive Racing Forum members competition.
Entry is easy, and free.
Simply post, on this thread, FOUR SELECTIONS FOR THIS SATURDAY’S LINCOLN HANDICAP AT DONCASTER IN THE ORDER YOU THINK THEY WILL FINISH (Your 1-2-3-4)
Your aim is to get as many of your selections positions correct and you will score as follows –
For each horse positioned correctly you get the following
1st – 12 pts (if your 1 horse finishes first)
2nd – 9 pts (if your 2 horse finishes 2nd)
3rd – 7 pts (if your 3 horse finishes 3rd)
4th – 5 pts (if your 4 horse finishes 4th)Then, for each horse which finishes in an alternative position within the first 4 you get an additional 3 pts (e.g. if your 2 horse wins, or your 3 horse finishes 4th, etc). You get nil for each horse that finishes unplaced.
So, for example
1 – Saving Mercy (finishes 3rd) = 3pts
2 – Jerome Fandor (finishes unplaced) = 0pts
3 – Dark warrior (finishes 1st) = 3pts
4 – Elton (finishes 4th)= 5ptsFollow? Good.
Winners will have their copies of the Aintree and Punchestown Festivals Betting Guide mailed directly to them on Tusday of next week.
